Terms of service

1. Content you submit

You may only upload, or paste links to, content you own or are licensed to use, including the right to transcribe it. You are responsible for that content's copyright.

DRM-protected content (Spotify, Netflix, Apple Music…) is not supported. Individual sources can be switched off at any time.

2. Takedown

If you believe content was transcribed unlawfully, email support@transcriptanything.zhst.app with the link and the basis for your claim. We remove the transcript and suspend the account where needed.

3. Credits and refunds

Credits are prepaid and last 24 months. Failed jobs release their credits automatically. Summaries are charged only on success.

4. Fair use

Do not use the service to bulk-download content you have no rights to, to attack the system, or to share API keys. Free and monthly minute caps apply.

5. Service and security

The service runs on one home GPU with a VPS fallback and may be interrupted by power loss or maintenance. Media is deleted after 24 hours and transcripts after 30 days.
